Aloha Hop is known as our official PTA kick-off event to the school year, setting the tone for fun, connecting with our school community, and feeling that Wildcat Pride!
If you've never been, you are in for a treat! Get a beach blanket and/or some chairs, dress in your favorite Hawaiian attire, bring the whole family and get ready to party Aloha Style! There will be music and hula dancers, $1 pizza, snacks and drinks, a snow cone truck, a photo booth, face painting and games! It is sure to be an event to remember!
We are excited to have Kona Ice be at Aloha Hop to provide us delicious snow cones for purchase!!! They will be generously donating up to 20% of their proceeds to Antelope Meadows PTA! Woohoo! You will find Kona parked behind the Multipurpose Room.

The evening will come alive with carnival games, costumes, food, and prizes! We need volunteers to create trunk displays, operate carnival games, pass out candy and prizes, and serve food. The PTA will provide the games, prizes & donated candy, and food. You provide your time and creativity to decorate your trunk or volunteer the night of the event!

General admission wristbands for Trunk-or-Treating/games/activities will be $5 each.
Adults do not need to purchase entry wristbands and children 3 and under are free.
All food items will be $1 each. You will purchase food tickets either in advance or at our entrance table ($1 each and they count as such) to then use to buy your food items.
There will be hot dogs, nachos, chips, and drinks.
Food will be served from 6-8:00PM only.

SPACE IS LIMITED
Due to limited seating in the Multi-Purpose Room, we are preselling 200 tickets for $1 each, that will include a choice of a hot dog, nachos, popcorn, drink or candy upon arrival. Once those tickets sell out, there will be no further space available.
Bring chairs, sleeping bags, blankets & pillows to make yourself comfortable! Comfy jammie attire is welcomed & encouraged! All children must be accompanied by an adult. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tall chairs will be required to be seated in the back of the room, while sleeping bags and blankets can be in the front. Low level chairs can be somewhere in the middle.
IMPORTANT
Please keep your purchase confirmation email. That will serve as your proof of purchase/ticket when you arrive. Doors open at 6:00PM.

Is the event free?
Yes! This is a free event. However, there is limited space so however many tickets we sell in advance, that amount will be deducted from the remaining space we have left. (there is only space for 200 people) This is due to fire safety regulations.
Do I have to buy a ticket now?
No, you do not. You can just show up the night of the movie if you want! However, the Multi-Purpose Room can only hold a limited amount of people due to fire safety regulations, so buying a ticket now not only guarantees your spot, but also gets you a snack to enjoy!
If I’m buying tickets now, does every person, including my baby or toddler need a ticket?
Yes. Every “body” going into the building will need a ticket.
If I’m not buying tickets now and just want to show up the night of the movie, do I still need a ticket to get in?
You will not need a ticket, but we will be counting the amount of people going into the Multi-Purpose Room as to not exceed the amount allowed in. Every “body” going into the building will be counted. If we hit our maximum number of people, no more will be allowed into the building.
Can I buy snacks at the door?
Yes! We will have a table set up with additional snacks to purchase for those that want more than just the $1 purchased amount if they bought a ticket in advance, and for those that are showing up the night of without tickets. Buying tickets now are for one entrance & one snack only. Please do not buy more tickets for the purpose of more snacks, that’s not what it’s intended for.

Our goal this year is to CONNECT with our community. We want to build relationships and establish a solid foundation of helping hands to bring all of our amazing events together!
We will be holding our meetings inside the Antelope Meadows library. Feel free to bring your kids! We plan to have pizza to enjoy so everyone can have some dinner & activities for the kids so they can be entertained while we get down to business!

The evening will come alive with carnival games, costumes, food, and prizes! We need volunteers to create trunk displays, operate carnival games, pass out candy and prizes, and serve food. The PTA will provide the games, prizes & donated candy, and food. You provide your time and creativity to decorate your trunk or volunteer the night of the event!

General admission wristbands for Trunk-or-Treating/games/activities will be $5 each.
Adults do not need to purchase entry wristbands and children 3 and under are free.
All food items will be $1 each. You will purchase food tickets either in advance or at our entrance table ($1 each and they count as such) to then use to buy your food items.
There will be hot dogs, nachos, chips, and drinks.
Food will be served from 6-8:00PM only.
General admission wristbands and food tickets will be available for purchase at the parking lot entrance the night of the event.
Costume contest for students
Categories for students will include: scariest, funniest, cutest, best duo/group, most creative, & best costume.
