WinterFest Application INFORMATION


Event Name: Winterfest 2025
Date: Dec 13th
Time: 11am-3pm
Location: Antelope Meadows Elementary School
Cost: 10x10 booth $40 or $30 with donation for drawing
Add-ons/Extras: $15 per table, $2 per chairs, $5 electricity
We will also be offering a limited number of “booths” (a 6 ft table) for students/children for $10.

Vendor Variety Policy

To ensure a balanced and enjoyable shopping experience for everyone, we will be limiting duplicate vendor types.

  • Direct Sales Vendors: Only one representative per direct sales company (e.g., Scentsy, Color Street, Pampered Chef, etc.) will be accepted.

  • Handmade/Craft Vendors: To provide variety and avoid excessive overlap, we will limit the number of vendors selling similar handmade products (e.g., tumblers, wreaths, jewelry, soaps). A small number of vendors in similar categories may be accepted at the committee’s discretion.

Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, and once a category is full, additional applicants will be notified and placed on a waitlist. If your application is accepted you will be notified via email with a link to purchase your booth space and anything add-ons.
